As an artist in our studio, you must be capable of preparing and presenting your ideas using your skills in your chosen medium. You should be comfortable producing work from your original concepts as well as fulfilling commissions based on specific briefs from clients. Strong negotiation skills are essential for sales, and proficiency in utilising social media to effectively market your work is crucial.

Professional interaction with our clients is a must, as it reflects our business values. You will also need to comply with all Health and Safety requirements within the studio. We believe in fostering a respectful environment, where collaboration and sharing projects among artists are key to creating a balanced studio culture that aims to push boundaries in the artistic industry.

Job Type: Full-Time (39 hours working per week).

Location: 14a Sutton Court Road, London, UK, W4 4NG.

Salary: £28,000.00 per year.

The proposed duties for the new employee are as follows:

1. Art Replication: The primary responsibility is to replicate tattoo art to the highest standards for Chiswick Tattoo LTD's clientele. This involves executing intricate designs with exceptional attention to detail and precision, ensuring that the final product aligns with the client’s vision while meeting the studio’s high expectations.

2. Maintaining Professionalism: The new employee is expected to interact with clients in a professional manner that reflects the quality of our art and represents the business effectively. This includes providing excellent customer service, actively listening to client preferences, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

3. Compliance with Health and Safety: Adherence to all health and safety regulations within the tattoo industry is essential. This encompasses maintaining a clean and sterile work environment and following proper hygiene practices.

4. Respectful Collaboration: Fostering a balanced and innovative creative environment is vital. The new employee should treat fellow artists with respect, actively participate in sharing projects, and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere that pushes boundaries in the tattoo art industry.

5. Custom Design Creation: The candidate will create unique custom designs tailored to client requests, showcasing their artistic expertise.

6. Knowledge Sharing: As an overseas professional, the candidate will bring their knowledge and experience to our studio, providing valuable insights and advice.

7. 3D Design Development: The candidate will be responsible for creating 3D designs upon request, enhancing the customisation options for our clients.

8. Client Engagement: The candidate will meet prospective clients, fostering relationships and enhancing our client base.

9. Training and Mentorship: The candidate will provide training to our staff, sharing their skills and experience to develop the team further.

10. Advisory Role: The candidate will guide, advise, and supervise other artists on our team, contributing to their professional growth.

11. Social Media Development: The candidate will be in charge of developing and expanding our social presence, promoting our work and engaging with the tattoo community.

12. Professional Interaction: All interactions with clients must be conducted professionally, reflecting the quality of the tattoo art provided and upholding the values of our business.
