Job Description
Our mission is to develop, create, and deliver original, thought-provoking digital artwork of the highest standard. Operating from a private multimedia studio, we prioritise attention to detail, a creative mindset, and a strong digital portfolio. We seek to employ only those capable of meeting our high expectations.
As a Digital Artist in our studio, you must be proficient in preparing and presenting your ideas using your preferred digital tools and software. You should be comfortable producing work based on your original concepts as well as fulfilling digital commissions following specific client briefs. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential when discussing projects with clients, and the ability to utilise social media to market your work effectively is crucial.
Professional interaction with clients is a core value of our business. You will also be expected to comply with all Health and Safety guidelines within the studio environment. We believe in fostering a respectful and collaborative space where sharing ideas and supporting fellow artists contributes to a balanced and innovative studio culture that pushes the boundaries of the digital arts industry.
Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours working per week).
Location: 14a Sutton Court Road, London, UK, W4 4NG.
Salary: £38,200.00 per year.
The proposed duties for the new employee are as follows:
1. Digital Art Creation: Produce high-quality digital artwork for Chiswick Tattoo LTD’s clients, executing detailed and visually striking designs while aligning with client expectations and the studio’s creative standards.
2. Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients, discussing digital concepts, understanding their preferences, and ensuring a positive artistic experience.
3. Software Proficiency: Use industry-standard digital art tools (e.g., Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D software) to create, refine, and deliver artwork.
4. Creative Collaboration: Maintain respectful collaboration with fellow artists, contribute to shared digital projects, and support a creative and innovative studio environment.
5. Custom Concept Development: Create original digital concepts tailored to client requests, showcasing strong creative and technical ability.
6. Knowledge Sharing: As an overseas digital professional, contribute valuable insights, new techniques, and artistic perspectives to the studio.
7. 3D Design Creation: Develop 3D assets and designs upon request, expanding customisation options and enhancing the studio’s digital capabilities.
8. Client Engagement: Meet prospective clients, present digital portfolios, and help grow the studio’s client base through effective communication.
9. Staff Training: Provide training sessions to staff, sharing digital techniques, workflow tips, and industry knowledge.
10. Mentorship: Advise, guide, and supervise other digital artists and team members, supporting their professional development.
11. Social Media Content Creation: Develop, manage, and enhance the studio’s social media presence by producing engaging digital content and showcasing ongoing projects.
12. Professional Presentation: Ensure all interactions and deliverables reflect the high quality of our digital artwork and uphold the studio’s values.
